About the group
Jog Riddings is a jogging and running group based in Riddings. We are currently running an 'introduction to running' programme which started on 11th May and will run for six weeks.
If you've ever wanted to try running but find the idea of Couch to 5k too daunting, this could be for you. We'll support you to run at your own pace and as far as you want to go.
The sessions take place in Riddings Park and the paths are suitable for buggies and wheelchairs. Sessions will last 20-30 minutes with a warm up and cool down.
