Everyone is welcome to join us at our free #RunWalkTalk event at Shipley Country Park.
Hosted by Jog Derbyshire, in collaboration with partners, volunteers and community organisations from across Amber Valley, #RunWalkTalk is celebration of the power of community in improving health and mental wellbeing through physical activity.
After a warm up you’ll be able to choose from a variety or walks or jogging routes suitable for all abilities, led by our friendly, qualified leaders. Nobody will get left behind!
