Join us for a relaxed, wellbeing‑focused outdoor session.
Led by our friendly, qualified team, these activities are all about enjoying nature, meeting new people, and moving at a comfortable pace—no one gets left behind.
Explore the beautiful Seale Wood trails, joining us for a jog or walk. The jog is around 6 miles, the walk is around 4.5 miles.
Meeting in the car park at Overseal Long Stay Car Park, Woodville Road, Overseal, DE12 6LU for a 6.30pm start.
Parking is free.
