About the group
Jog Oakwood is a fab, fun, friendly running/jogging group based at Springwood Leisure, Oakwood.
We meet on Wednesday evenings with two groups to choose from - beginners and an improvers run/walk group.
Our primary objective and aim is to help and support absolute beginners and our motto is - nobody gets left behind.
Sessions are free but a £10 annual registration fee is payable in June for existing members. New members have 1st session free before payment is due.
