Sole Mates is a running and jogging group in Darley Dale. Our motto is to have fun, get active, make friends.
We believe in fitness for all, men and women, young or old, so come along even if you've never done anything like this before.
A relaxed and friendly environment to meet and improve fitness, whether you walk, jog or run.
We also organise the Whitworth Thread - a monthly timed 5k run around Whitworth Park.
