Welcome to Jog Derbyshire. We don't like to create too much formality and bureaucracy here. Our affiliation agreements are simply about celebrating a two-way commitment between you and Jog Derbyshire to ensure groups are well supported, safe and friendly places to be for everyone.

Please read the appropriate affiliation agreement below (leader or co-leader) and complete the form to show you agree, understand and will adhere to what's in it. Once you've done this we'll send you a password to access the leaders' only area of the site and you'll be able to request to join the leaders Facebook page.
